CHARLOTTE, N.C. – After dominating the Pete Dye River Course at the Highlander Invitational earlier this week, Radford Men's Golf's Hayden Miller has been named the Big South Golfer of the Week, the conference office announced Thursday afternoon.
 
Representing the Highlanders for the first time this season, Miller played as an individual and posted a 69-69 across two rounds to shoot 6-under par and finish 2^nd overall. 
 
The Leesburg, Va. native shot even on Par 3's and -2 on Par 5's, but he was easily the best player in the tournament on Par 4's with a -4.
 
As a team, Radford shot 7-under par and won its home tournament by an impressive 16 strokes. 
 
Miller and the rest of the Highlanders complete their fall schedule with the Elon Invitational in Elon, N.C. on Monday, Oct. 11 and Tuesday, Oct. 12.
