SERIES HISTORY
In a fiercely competitive all-time series, the Highlanders own a 26-21 advantage despite a 5-5 dead heat through the last 10 meetings.

The two programs first went head-to-head on Jan. 4, 1985 for a neutral site game in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The Highlanders eked out a 52-48 victory to begin a five-game winning streak against the Camels.

Campbell left the Big South for the Trans-America Athletic Conference (now called the Atlantic Sun Conference) in 1994, but returned in 2011. Since then, the Highlanders are 9-12 against the Camels.

Radford has already faced the Camels once this season, taking a 70-58 loss in Gore Arena back on Jan. 15. Josiah Jeffers (15pts) and Rashun Williams (12pts) led the Highlanders in scoring, but Campbell's duo of Jordan Whitfield (17pts) and Ricky Clemons (14pts) one-upped them. Campbell recorded 20 assists on 28 made field goals in the game, shooting 54.9% from the field as a team.

SCOUTING THE CAMELS
The Camels have had some mixed results as of late, alternating wins and losses over their past five games en route to a 7-5 record in Big South play this season. They sit alone in second place in the North Division with four regular season games to go.

Campbell has excelled in several statistical categories, ranking seventh in the nation in personal fouls per game and eighth in fewest total fouls. They also rank 20th in the entire country for assist-turnover ratio and 18th in scoring defense.

Senior Cedric Henderson Jr. continues to lead the team in scoring with 12.9 points per game, but Jordan Whitfield is right behind him with 12.0 points per contest of his own. Junior forward Jesús Carralero has stepped up big, notching 9.8 points and a team-best 3.9 assists per game.

MR. STEAL YOUR BALL
Coming into last week, the Highlanders hadn't recorded a game with double-digit steals since they tallied 11 against William & Mary all the way back on Nov. 24, 2021. That changed with 10 steals at Winthrop on Wednesday and then Radford followed it up with 11 steals at Hampton on Saturday.

JEFFERS TO THE LINE
Josiah Jeffers continues to be the engine that drives the Highlanders during conference play and a big part of his success has come from his ability to draw fouls. He has now made 50 trips to the free throw line against Big South play, making him responsible for nearly 25% of Radford's 208 free throw attempts to this point.

REMAINING GAMES
The Highlanders have just three games left after they play Campbell to vie for seeding in the Big South Tournament:

Saturday, Feb. 19 – 2:00 p.m. – vs. High Point (Senior Day)
Wednesday, Feb. 23 – 7:00 p.m. – at Longwood
Saturday, Feb. 26 – 5:00 p.m. – at North Carolina A&T
