SERIES HISTORY
Radford and High Point have a deep history dating back to 1980 featuring many top-of-the-Big-South battles. The series has leaned more towards the Panthers' way as of late, though, as the Panthers have won the last four meetings. Monday's meeting will mark the first time Radford and High Point will play inside the brand new Qubein Arena that High Point opened for the 2021-22 season.

SCOUTING THE PANTHERS
High Point enters Monday's meeting on a three-game winning streak with victories over Presbyterian, North Carolina A&T and Winthrop. While the team will be without their top scorer and Big South preseason player of the year Skyler Curran, Jaden Wrightsell and Jenson Edwards have stepped up to lead the offense with both averaging double figures. High Point is also the best team in the conference in limiting turnovers, winning the turnover battle by an average five turnovers per game.

LALONDE CONTINUES TO PRODUCE
Last Saturday against North Carolina A&T, Rachel LaLonde posted another superb stat line with 12 points, seven rebounds, four steals, two assists and a block. LaLonde's rebounds and steals were both best on the team. In her career against the Panthers, LaLonde has totaled 19 points, two steals, three blocks, 12 rebounds and two assists.

MONTELBANO WITH ANOTHER 5+ ASSISTS
Danielle Montelbano has been the captain on the court this season keeping the offense flowing. Saturday was no different as the sophomore totaled six assists, most on the team. Her performance against North Carolina A&T marked the sixth time this season she totaled five or more assists. Montelbano leads the team with 51 assists so far this season.

ICYMI BIG SOUTH SCHEDULE CHANGES
Radford has had three games against Winthrop, High Point, and Hampton all postponed and rescheduled. Radford's road match at High Point has been moved to February 7th at 6 p.m. while the team will host Winthrop on February 17th at 6 p.m. The previously scheduled game at home against Hampton is still postponed without a make-up date determined.
