The men's basketball program enters its second season under Head Coach
Darris Nichols, a Radford native and Radford High School graduate. The team returns crucial players to last year's success such as
Josiah Jeffers and
Shaquan Jules, but will feature a new look with talented transfers like
Bryan Antoine (Villanova),
DaQuan Smith (Murray State),
Souleymane Koureissi (Richmond),
Onyebuchi Ezeakudo (Pittsburgh),
Madiaw Niang (Florida Atlantic) and many more. The Highlanders are poised to return to the top of the Big South Conference and make plenty of noise along the way!
Entering his 10th year at the helm of the women's basketball program, Head Coach
Mike McGuire has his squad looking for a strong showing this season. The Highlanders have secured winning seasons seven times during his tenure, making him the third-winningest coach in Radford history and confidence is sky-high that the 2022-23 season with produce an eighth.

Vanessa Blake all return from last year's squad, with a new infusion of young talent joining them for what will be an exciting season in the Dedmon Center.
RENEWAL DEADLINE: Friday, October 14th
Renewal information has been sent to the 2021-22 basketball season ticket holders, but fans can renew online at any time, reserve by phone or visit the ticket office in the Dedmon Center during normal business hours to make purchases and secure your preferred seat. Following the renewal deadline, preferred seating locations will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be guaranteed.
MEN'S BASKETBALL TICKET INFORMATION
Men's basketball season tickets start as low as $75.00 for general admission. That's less than $6.00 per game! For fans looking for the same seat each game, we are offering reserved chairback tickets for only $130.00. Young alumni season tickets, for Radford students who graduated between 2018-22, and current Radford faculty and staff season tickets are also available at a discounted rate. Call the Radford Ticket Office for more details.
Bringing out the whole family has never been easier with our General Admission Family Plan for only $150.00, including four GA tickets to every men's game.
Youth season tickets for men's basketball start as low as $30.00 for general admission and $75.00 for a reserved chairback ticket.
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL TICKET INFORMATION
Women's basketball season tickets start as low as $50.00 for reserved chairback tickets. Young alumni and current Radford faculty and staff can purchase women's basketball tickets at a discounted price of only $40.00.
Fans 18 years or younger are admitted into all regular-season home women's basketball games for free in our general admission sections.
COMBINED MEN'S/WOMEN'S BASKETBALL TICKET INFORMATION
For Highlander fans who are interested in purchasing both men's and women's basketball tickets, Radford is offering an affordable way to do both with combination season tickets. Combination season tickets start as low as $100.00 which equals out to be less than $4.00 per game between both men's and women's basketball. Reserved chairback option for combo season tickets are only $160.00 for both sports.
RADFORD FACULTY AND STAFF PAYROLL DEDUCTION
Current Radford faculty and staff can now sign up for payroll deductions by calling the Radford Athletics Ticket Office at 540-831-7889 or emailing
tickets@radford.edu. Faculty/staff can purchase packages and split the total cost into equal payments.
