SERIES HISTORY
Radford and Liberty renew what was once a must-see Big South rivalry as the teams will face each other for 72nd time in program history. Liberty owns the series edge 45-26 and has won 15 of the last 17 meetings. The Highlanders and Flames met last season inside the Dedmon Center in a 54-67 loss where Ashlyn dropped 14 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists while Olivia Wagner also scored seven points on 3 of 6 shooting.

SCOUTING THE FLAMES
The Flames have a deceiving record at 3-7 this season facing some of the nation's top teams including Texas, Gonzaga, Louisville, Alabama and N.C. State. Liberty has earned signature victories through the season over Stephen F. Austin and James Madison. The Flames boast a 2-1 record at home with their only loss in overtime against Towson.

Two Flames lead the team in scoring with double figures this season in 6-6 redshirt junior Bella Smuda (13.3 ppg) and junior guard Emma Hess (12.9 ppg). Smuda is also a premier blocker for the Flames already totaling 29 this season after putting up over 50 in the 2022-23 season.

HANNER'S BLOCKS
In Sunday's contest against Virginia Tech Taniya Hanner put in a strong defensive effort posting a career-high three blocks against the Hokies. Hanner's three blocks were the most in a single game by a Highlander so far this season and it was her first three blocks of the season. Ashlyn and Maci Rhoades currently lead the team in blocks with five each.

ASHLYN MILESTONES
After putting in another big scoring performance Sunday against Virginia Tech, Ashlyn Traylor-Walker hit a career milestone of 25 games leading Radford's scoring and 30 games where she hit double digit point totals. The sophomore currently leads the team and Big South in scoring average posting 16.3 points per game.
