SERIES HISTORY
The Highlanders and Buccaneers have a deep history between each other and this weekend will mark the 80th meeting of all time. Radford owns the series 60-19 and has won the last 11 and 16 of the last 17 games. At home the Highlanders are 33-4 with Charleston Southern's last win in Radford coming back in 2013.

Earlier this season the two teams met in Charleston, S.C. where Radford picked up the decisive win 60-46. Radford had three players secure double digit points including Carmen Williams (13), Ashlyn Traylor (13) and Ashley Panem (12). It was a double-double for Traylor who also collected a season-high 13 rebounds with Rachel LaLonde not far behind with 10 rebounds.

SCOUTING THE BUCCANEERS
Charleston Southern enters Saturday's meeting with two wins over their last five games where four of those games came within Buccaneer Fieldhouse. Charleston Southern won back-to-back games against Winthrop and Longwood, but as fallen in their last three games to some tough opponents including Gardner-Webb, High Point and USC Upstate.

Teams have shot quite well against the Buccaneers this season averaging 71 ppg and rebounding has also been a struggle as opponents average over 40 a game. Freshman Catherine Alben has stepped up for the squad as of late and now leads the team in scoring averaging 10 ppg. The Highlanders will look to keep Oklahoma State transfer Kennedi Jackson quiet on the boards as she averages 9.2 ppg and 5.8 rpg.

HOME ADVANTAGE
Saturday's game marks one of the Highlanders' three remaining home games this season. Inside the Dedmon Center the Highlanders have looked like world beaters at times to the tune of an 8-3 record with just one of those losses coming in Big South play. At home the team is averaging 67 points per game while holding opponents to an average of just 55 points per game.

WIN THE BOARDS
One of Radford's keys to victory over Charleston Southern earlier this season was winning the boards. Radford did just that coming down with 44 rebounds as a team which just misses their season-high against a Division I opponent this season. Vanessa Blake and Traylor picked up a trio of offensive boards each last time against the Buccaneers, and Radford would look to build off that on Saturday.
