SERIES HISTORY
The Highlanders and Eagles will meet for the 86th time in program history this weekend with Radford owning a 67-18 edge in the series history. While Radford has won 13 of the last 15 meetings, those two wins by Winthrop both came inside Winthrop Coliseum.

When the Eagles and Highlanders met earlier this season, it was a decisive win for Radford 74-45. Radford led from tip to final horn as Carmen Williams turned in a 20-point performance with Ashlyn Traylor and Rachel LaLonde both also finishing in double figures. Both teams committed just 13 turnovers, below their season averages, but Radford dominated with 18 more paint points and while shooting 55% overall in the game.

SCOUTING THE EAGLES
Winthrop enters Saturday's game coming off back-to-back victories over Presbyterian at home and Longwood on the road. The Eagles held those two opponents to under 60 points in both contests and have heated up from deep with 10 combined three-pointers over that span. Most recently against Longwood, Winthrop shot a blistering 55%.

The Eagles will rotate through eight players as they've done all season and are led by two players averaging double figure points. Paige Powell and Shamyjha Price average double digits with Powell also pulling down 7.5 rpg. Jade Ryce is one of the top minute earners in the conference averaging almost 35 minutes a game with 9.5 ppg and 4.7 rpg.

LALONDE SURGING
LaLonde has spearheaded the Highlanders last two home wins totaling 29 points and 28 rebounds over the last week. With that hot streak, LaLonde has become one of just two players in the Big South that's averaging over 9 points and 9 rebounds a game. The senior leader pulled down her 500th career rebound against Presbyterian and secured her second straight season totaling over 200 points.

BRINGING THE STRONG PLAY ON THE ROAD
Radford's goal is clear, try to bring that home success on the road. Radford has been dominant at home to the tune of an 8-3 record with only one loss against a Big South opponent inside Dedmon. Finding a way to bring that success on the road will be crucial in the final stretch of the season. Four road games currently remain against Winthrop, Gardner-Webb, UNC Asheville and Campbell.
