Women’s Tennis Falls in Tough Match at ETSU

JOHNSON CITY, TENN. – The Radford women's tennis program fell in a tough match Saturday morning to #68 ETSU with a 6-1 final score.
Against the Buccaneers Radford would fall in their doubles and singles matches against a host of tough opponents. Brooke Murphy was competitive in singles on court five picking up five games over the two sets. Ameek Batth was able to seal the lone point of the day for Radford as she won by forfeit on court six singles.
The Highlanders next matches come during their Spring Break trip up north this upcoming week. Action begins on Wednesday, March 8th at St. John's with first serve set for 12:15 p.m.
