"We are very proud to be able to once again offer a very large range of coverage for our basketball programs to the community on commercial radio," Director of Broadcasting Rick Watson said. "New River Radio Group has been an outstanding partner over the years and this relationship will also mark the tenth season that our women's program has had a commercial radio presence on WRAD. We are also very excited to team up with WFJX Fox Radio to expand the men's network to both the county and city of Roanoke."
The 2024-25 basketball seasons are finally here as both the men's and women's campaigns get underway on Monday, November 4 with huge ACC contests. The women will open the day at Duke at 11 AM ET while the men hit the road to take on Pittsburgh at 7 PM ET.
