SERIES HISTORY
The Highlanders and Tigers meet for the eighth time in program history on Sunday afternoon with Clemson owning the 7-0 advantage in the series history. Radford and Clemson last faced off during the 2022-23 season, with Clemson's senior guard Madi Ott being the only player still on either team's roster.

SCOUTING THE TIGERS
First-year head coach Shawn Poppie has the Clemson Tigers off to a solid start with a 5-3 record earning wins over Jackson State, N.C. Central, Prebyterian, UAB and Kennesaw State. Loyal McQueen and Mia Moore have led the scoring efforts through eight games with each averaging scoring in double figures. Facing some intense competition, the Tigers have forced an average of 15 turnovers a game while committing just 14.

NICE EARNS BIG MINUTES
Coming off the bench, freshman Angelina Nice provided some huge minutes for the Highlanders at Loyola (MD) earlier this week. The newcomer set a career-high with nine points thanks in part to a pair of three-pointers in Radford's third quarter comeback. The freshman also converted a clutch and-one down the stretch to help force overtime against the host Greyhounds.

WILLIAMS AND CARLSON BACK ON TRACK
As the Highlanders shooting goes, so does Joi Williams and Cate Carlson who got back on track with big performances at Loyola (MD) earlier this week. Williams, who either scored or assisted 40% of the Highlanders points, reentered double figures scoring with some big makes early in the game. Carlson took over later helping the Highlanders come back and force overtime with the first 20 point performance of her career.
