SERIES HISTORY
Radford and Winthrop meet up for the second time this season after Radford claimed a 63-55 victory on the home court in January. Four different Highlanders scored 10+ points in the affair including Pa'Shence Traylor-Walker, Ashlyn Traylor-Walker, Olivia Wagner and Ellie Taylor. Radford owns the overall series by a 68-19 margin.

SCOUTING THE EAGLES
The Eagles have gone back and forth over recent contests going 4-3 over their last seven Big South games. Only one Big South game Winthrop has played in so far has been decided by 12 points or more as every night features a close contest.

Winthrop boasts the conference's leading rebounder Marissa Gasaway who averages 9.8 rebounds per game. While Jada Ryce was limited when the Highlanders hosted the Eagles earlier this season, she has been the Eagles top scorer throughout the season averaging 10.7 ppg and has totaled 61 assists on the season.

POINTS OFF TURNOVERS
A key to the Highlanders offense this season has not just been causing turnovers but converting those opportunities. When Radford and Winthrop last met, the Highlanders converted 21 Eagles turnovers into 25 points and got 10 steals. The 25 points accounted for 40% of the Highlanders total points that night. Winthrop was only able to convert 16 points out of Radford's 21 turnovers, which proved big in a game Radford won by eight points 63-55.

HOME STRETCH
The next pair of weeks will provide the Highlanders with some crucial opportunities to continue competing for a regular season championship. The Highlanders final six games are an even split three at home and three away with two of those home games coming over the next three. After visiting Winthrop, Radford hosts High Point for a game with crucial top of the standing's implications. Then Radford will host Gardner-Webb the following Wednesday looking for a season sweep before two of their final three regular season games are on the road.
