DAY ONE RESULTS AND DAY TWO LIVE RESULTS
LEXINGTON, Va. – The Radford women's track & field program put on a show to open its stay at the 2025 VMI Winter Relays on Friday. The Highlanders combined for four top-four finishes, two final advancing performances and five personal best showings to get the two-day competition underway inside the CPTF-Corps Physical Training Facility.

Logan Babbs and
Mya Rosser once again put on a masterpiece in the shot put finals as the two chucked personal records of 12.50-meters (41-0.25) and 11.55-meters (37-10.75), respectively. Babbs's showing placed her second overall in the event while Rosser was just behind in fourth. Babbs's mark is also now ranked sixth best in the Big South while Rosser remained at 10th in the conference.

Makayla Nelson went off in the high jump finals to tie for third overall with a best leap of 1.57-meters (5-1.75). The performance was a personal best and now ranks her fourth overall in the Big South in the event.
- Two Highlanders punched their tickets to Saturday's finals as both
Jaslyne Robinson (8.97) and
Kandace McIvor (9.53) advanced to the final round of the 60-meter hurdles after standout showings in the prelim. Robinson clocked in at fourth overall while McIvor took eighth to advance to the championship race.

Kandace McIvor finished in sixth in the long jump finals with a best leap of 5.10-meters (16-8.75).

Sela Beatty crossed the line in sixth is her heat and 12th overall in the 60-meter prelims with a time of 7.90. She missed out on her personal best by just .01 seconds, a mark she set at last year's Big South Indoor Championships. The performance ranked in a tie for 14th-best in the conference so far this season.

Danae Niles was right behind Beatty, literally, as she claimed 13th in the 60-meter preliminary round with a personal record of 7.94.

Leah Moye also set a personal record with a time of 9.65 in the 60-meter hurdles prelim.
