Women’s Lacrosse Announces 2026 Schedule

RADFORD, Va. - The Radford Highlanders lacrosse team released its full 17-game slate on Monday for the upcoming 2026 season. The schedule features eight home matches at the Student Outdoor Recreation Complex (SORC).

Like last season, the Highlanders open the year with a game against in-state foe George Mason, this time at their place on February 13. The squad will welcome George Washington in the home opener just over a week later on Saturday, February 21. The month ends with the team's furthest trip of the season up to Akron to face the Zips on the 25th.

Spring break includes a pair of trips east, with a game at Howard on March 1 and Mount St. Mary's on March 4. They'll return to Radford for two more non-conference games on March 10 versus Merrimack and March 14 against Butler. The Highlanders go to Campbell on March 18, then close out non-conference play at home against Monmouth on March 22.

The Big South portion of the calendar begins with a trip to Greenville, S.C. against Furman on March 28. The first home conference match is against Winthrop on April 1. After a couple of road games at Presbyterian (April 4) and High Point (April 8), the Highlanders will hold Senior Day on April 11 against Gardner-Webb. Two of the final three regular season contests will be at the SORC, with the Mercer Bears coming to town on April 18 and the regular-season finale versus Wofford on April 25.

The Big South Tournament begins on April 28, with the higher seed hosting the first round. The semifinals and finals will be hosted by the No. 1 overall seed on May 1 and May 3. The selection show will be on May 3, with 15 conference champions and 14 at-large bids qualifying for the NCAA Tournament. The first round begins on May 8.
