Nice Named to CSU Invitational All-Tournament Team

CLEVELAND – Earlier today, Angelina Nice was announced to the CSU Invitational All-Tournament Team for her performance across the three games held at Cleveland State this past week. The selections were made with input from each school's head coach and sports information director.

Nice's defensive efforts helped the Highlanders to take a win in the opening game versus Valparaiso, swiping six steals while also grabbing six rebounds in a 68-61 triumph. On Saturday, the sophomore was nearly perfect from the field, making five-of-six shots and three trifectas for a team-high 13 points in an overtime loss to Cleveland State.

Also joining Nice on the team were Colbi Maples and Jada Leonard, Cleveland State; Laycee Drake, St. Bonaventure; and Fiona Connolly, Valparaiso.

The Highlanders head back to Radford, where they'll host Navy on Thursday, December 4th at 6:00 p.m. The game will be streamed on ESPN+, while you can also listen to all Radford women's basketball games on WRAD 1460 AM.
