Highlanders Finish 14th at Wexford Intercollegiate to Open Spring Schedule

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. – The Highlanders placed 14th place in this year's Wexford Intercollegiate Tuesday evening to begin the 2025 spring season.

Graduate student Channing Blevins paced the squad, finishing tied for 46th at 11-over par. His week started off with a 75 (+3), but the veteran quickly rebounded for a second-round 73 (+1) and closed things out with a +7 (79) in the final round.

Three Highlanders would find themselves in a tie for 53rd after three rounds of play. One of those Highlanders would be Graduate student Bobby Dudeck who would record 79 (+7) in round one but would improve on that securing a second round 73 (+1) and finish his time on the course with a 77 (+5).

Jack Urban would open with his best round with an one-under par 71 but would card back-to-back 79 (+7) in the final two rounds.

Tate Corbett would go on to record a 78-77-74 (+13), improving upon each round to be the third Highlander that would secure a tie for 53rd place. Kieran McCarthy (T-67th) rounded out the event for the Highlanders.

UP NEXT
The Highlanders will head down to North Myrtle Beach, S.C. to participate in The Surf Club Invitational. The event will be hosted at The Surf Golf and Beach Club and will begin on March 10th and conclude on the 11th.
