HIGH POINTS, N.C. – The historic 2025 Radford women's track & field campaign continued to roll on as
Jeylah Hamrick dropped one of the best times in the nation as the Highlanders concluded their stay at High Point's VertKlasse Meeting at Vert Stadium on Saturday.

Jeylah Hamrick won the 400-meter crown with a performance for the record books. She blazed the track in 54.15 to take the top spot in the final. The showing was not only good for a personal record; it was the second-fastest time posted in the 400 in school history. It is also now ranked second overall in the Big South Conference and 64th in all of NCAA Division I track & field.

Megan Cash joined in with a personal record in the 1500-meter invitational final. She posted a time of 4:45.07, which was good for ninth overall against a stacked field. It was also the 14th-fastest time in the conference so far this outdoor season.

Claire Keefe also set a personal best in the 800-meter finals and moved into 10th overall in the conference in the event.

Mya Rosser recorded a season best in the discus throw finals. She is now slotted in at 15th in the event out of all Big South student-athletes.

The outdoor season is officially in full swing as the Highlanders return right back to the track with the running the 2025 JMU Invite on Saturday, April 12 at Sentara Park in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
