Women’s Soccer Unveils 2025 Fall Campaign

RADFORD, Va. – Radford Women's Soccer Head Coach Ben Sohrabi unveiled the program's upcoming 2025 Fall schedule Wednesday morning which features eight exciting matches on the home pitch.

THE BREAKDOWN
The Highlanders' 2025 season features two exhibitions, eight regular season home matches, eight road matches, and culminates with the Big South Tournament at the end of Fall. After a pair of exhibitions at home against Appalachian State (Aug. 7) and on the road at VMI (Aug. 10), the Highlanders debut their 45th season in program history on the road at Charlotte (Aug. 17).

Boasting a 33-8-4 record at Cupp Stadium over the last five season, the Highlanders will look to continue their home field dominance when they open with back-to-back matches against Emory & Henry (Aug. 21) and Campbell (Aug. 24).

Radford visits Richmond (Aug. 28) in an exciting tilt that features two squads that have tied in each of their last two meetings. Closing out the month of August, the Highlanders return home to host Mount St. Mary's (Aug. 31) for the eighth straight season with the Highlanders taking the last seven straight.

A visit to Davidson (Sept. 4) marks the Highlanders next contest as the two squads meet up in the regular season for the first time since 1993. Another rematch from the 2024 campaign awaits the Highlanders at home as they'll host Morehead State (Sept. 7). Radford closes the nonconference slate with a quick trip to Johnson City, Tenn. to face ETSU (Sept. 11) for the 20th all-time meeting between the two squads.

Turning the focus to conference play, Radford will make four road trips against Big South foes Presbyterian (Sept. 20), UNC Asheville (Oct. 11), Winthrop (Oct. 18) and Gardner-Webb (Oct. 29). At home, the Highlanders have a thrilling set of opponents featuring three of the top four teams in the conference standings from last season. Those home matches will be against Longwood (Sept. 24), USC Upstate (Oct. 4), High Point (Oct. 15) and Charleston Southern (Oct. 25).
