A LOOK BACK
Radford and Gardner-Webb meet for the 34th time in program history Wednesday night with the Runnin' Bulldogs owning an 18-15 advantage in the series history. As of late, Radford has been dominant winning three straight dating back to the 2023-24 season. Last year, Radford defeated Gardner-Webb in both meetings on the road and at home by thin margins of five points and six points. Radford is looking to make it four straight wins in Paul Porter Arena, a streak that dates back to 2023.

NATIONAL NUMBERS FOR PARKER JR.
With another 24 points in Radford's last game against UNC Asheville, Dennis Parker Jr. extended his streak of 20+ point games against Division I opponents to six games. The total pushed his season average back over 20 points per game, where he's one of just 36 players in all Division I to currently be averaging 20+ ppg. Parker Jr. is also looking to be the first Highlander to average 20 points or more in a season since Carlik Jones averaged 20.0 during the 2019-20 campaign.

BALL HANDLING ADVANTAGE
Radford will look to exploit the turnover game on Wednesday night with a clear advantage in the ball handling department. After turning the ball over 14 times in their conference opener, the Highlanders have been tight tying their season-low in turnovers in back-to-back games with just seven against Presbyterian and UNC Asheville. Overall, Radford turns the ball over an average of 12.1 times per game compared to Gardner-Webb's Big South-high of 14.1 per game. Radford's 14.2 turnovers forced per game also ranks third best in the Big South.

SCOUTING THE RUNNIN' BULLDOGS
It's been a tough go for the Runnin' Bulldogs during the 2025-26 campaign, bringing a 2-16 overall record into Wednesday night's game. The Runnin' Bulldogs have gotten off to an 0-3 start in the Big South, but have faced tough competition in Charleston Southern, Winthrop and High Point. Head Coach Jeremy Luther's second-year squad is led by a trio of double figures average scorers in Spence Sims (11.1 ppg), Jacob Hogarth (10.6 ppg) and Jacob Hudson (10.1 ppg).
