KEY STORYLINES
Last Time Out: Radford rebounded with an offensive explosion on Saturday at Charleston Southern, taking down the Buccaneers 92-78 to split the season series. Joi Williams totaled 22 points, while all five starters scored at least a dozen. Kirah Dandridge caught fire in the third quarter, hitting four three-pointers and setting a new career high from behind the arc with five makes. The Highlanders shot just over 50 percent from the third time in four games. They also added 20 assists, tying the season-best for the team.

In the Details: Saturday's win puts Radford at 10-4 in Big South play…8-3 coming off a loss…7-1 in games decided by 11-20 points…16-2 when leading at half…12-0 when shooting better than 40 percent…15-1 when outshooting the opponent…12-0 when outrebounding opponent…13-2 when having more free throw attempts…4-4 when opponent makes more three-pointers…11-6 when winning turnover battle…14-2 when winning points in the paint…4-0 when scoring 80+ points.

Milestone Tracker: With 22 points on Saturday, Joi Williams needs just 15 points to break the 1,000-career points barrier. She would be the 25th Highlander to have 1,000 career points at Radford and the first since Khiana Johnson (2016-20). Williams' 69 three-pointers this season is the third-most in a season in program history, trailing just Ayana Avery's marks of 95 (2013-14) and 74 (2014-15). Her 192 attempts also put her fourth on the most three-point attempts in a season.

Team Milestones: The Highlanders' 204 made three-pointers are the second most in a season in program history and trail just last seasons' mark of 232. This year's team holds the record for most attempts at 681 (679 last season).

A Look Back: It's been nearly two months since the Highlanders and Blue Hose battled. They faced each other in the Big South opener on December 31. Radford held Presbyterian to just 32 points in a 43-point rout. Radford also dominated the boards, grabbing 50 rebounds and scoring 21 second chance points.

Rising and Defending: Despite allowing 78 points, the Highlanders have allowed just 57.3 points a game in conference play, the second-best in the Big South (behind High Point's 55.6 pag). Radford also boasts the second-best opponent field goal percentage in the Big South (.367) and have the third-best turnover margin (3.57).

High Scorers: Both Joi Williams and Georgia Simonsen rank near the top of the leaderboard among Big South scorers. Williams is averaging 15.4 points a game in conference play for the sixth-most, while Simonsen's 12.9 is good enough for 10th-best. Simonsen's 6.9 rebounds a game also puts her 10th in the conference. She also leads the conference with a 55.5% field goal percentage (in Big South play), while Williams ranks third in three-point field goal percentage (.375).

Feeling Blue: As of February 23, Presbyterian is ranked 363rd (last) in the NCAA Division I Net Rankings. Their lone Division I and Big South win came at Gardner-Webb on January 21 in Boiling Springs, N.C. The Blue Hose are led by Ja'Cia Cunningham, who averages 10.9 points a game. The senior from Milwaukee scored a season-high 25 points against Seattle University back in November.
