Started in 49 games for the Highlanders as a true freshman ... Walked in his first trip to the plate, then hit an RBI triple in his first official plate appearance Feb. 20 at UAB ... Began his collegiate career on a six-game hitting streak, going 8-of-24 (.333) ... Scored four runs in Radford’s game 2 romp over Canisius March 7 ... Went 4-for-7 and drove in four runs, including three RBI singles, in a win at Presbyterian March 20 ... His performance in the first game of the Presbyterian series began a 10-game hitting streak (18-of-46, .391) that included 11 RBI and 15 runs scored ...
