Biography

2009 HIGHLIGHTS:

 - Missed the first half of the season due to a knee injury
 - Played in nine straight Big South games to close out the season, starting eight at the outside back spot
 - Played in every minute of every match in five of Radford’s last nine games

2008 HIGHLIGHTS:


 - Made 20 appearances with eight starts, including starting nods in each of the first six games of the season
 - Part of a defense that recorded seven shutouts, its first sub 1.00 GAA (0.94) since 1997 and allowed more than one goal in just four matches
 - Came off the bench in each of Radford’s Big South Tournament games and the NCAA first round game at Duke
2007 HIGHLIGHTS:

 - Saw action in first five matches of year before suffering a season-ending injury during her first collegiate start at Eastern Kentucky (Sept. 14)

HIGH SCHOOL:

 - Named player of the year in 2007 at the Group A state, Region C and Three Rivers District levels
 - Helped Radford High School capture its first ever Group A championship with a 1-0 victory over Clarke County in 2007
 - First Team All-State last three seasons; four-time First Team All-Region C and all-district honoree
 - First Team Roanoke Times All-Timesland pick as a senior and second team as a junior
 - 2007 Peyton Brewer Award recipient (top female athlete at RHS)
 - Key factor in helping the Lady Bobcats to a 2006 Group A state runner-up finish as a junior and semifinal appearances in 2005 and 2004
 - Four-sport athlete at Radford, also lettering in tennis, volleyball and basketball
 - District tennis player of the year and First Team All-Timesland in 2007, and first team all-district and all-region in tennis (doubles) as a sophomore; Honorable Mention All-Three Rivers District in volleyball as a junior and senior and in basketball as a junior

 - Majoring in sports medicine
