INDOOR
•Participated in the 400m during the indoor season
• Notched a top-five finish in the 400m dash at the Appalachian Invitational.
OUTDOOR
• Competed in the 400m and 800m during the outdoor season
• Crossed the finish line in the 400m with a time of 51.68 at the Winthrop Invitational.
• Posted a time of 2:03.46 in the 800m at the Wake Forest Invitational.

2006-07 HIGHLIGHTS
• Big South All-Academic selection
outdoor
• Member of the 4x400 team that finished fourth at the Big South Outdoor
Championships.
• Finished second in the 400m at the Liberty Quad with a time of
49.82.
• Tied a school record of 3:16.27 as a member of the 4x400m relay team at the New Balance Invitational.

2005-06 HIGHLIGHTS
INDOOR
• Was part of the 4x400m team that set a new school record at 3:16.27 and took fifth at the Niswonger Invitational at ETSU.
• Member of the distance medley team that took third and a member of the 4x400 relay team that took first at the Big South Indoor Championship.
• All Big South and Conference Champion in the DMR.
outdoor
• Placed fourth in the 200m at the Radford 5-Way Challenge.
• Placed fourth in the 400m at the Big South outdoor meet.
• Member of the 4x400m team that finished third at the UNC Fast Times.
