Biography

AS A SENIOR (2023)
Named Big South Preseason Defensive Player of the Year and lived up to those expectations eventually earning the end-of-year Defensive Player of the Year award … Fourth Highlander to ever win the conference’s Defensive Player of the Year … Led the Highlanders defensive backline starting in all 20 matches totaling 1,741 minutes … Finished the year with three goals and an assist for seven points … Scored the first penalty kick goal of her career in a 3-1 win at Longwood … Assisted a goal in Radford’s 2-1 victory over #2 USC Upstate in the Big South Championship and earned a spot on the all-tournament team … Played the full 90 minutes in 17 of 20 games … Also named Big South Defensive Player of the Week on October 23 … Radford’s defense totaled seven shutouts and held the top-seed Clemson scoreless for 55 minutes in the NCAA Tournament First Round.

AS A JUNIOR (2022)
Was a staple in the Highlanders dominant season appearing and starting in all 20 games totaling a career-high 1,778 minutes … Earned the Big South Tournament MVP award and all-tournament honors … Was named to the Big South’s first-team all-conference … Also named to VaSID all-state second team … Was named Big South Defensive Player of the Week on October 31st … Radford shutout opponents eight times with Willson on the backline … Set career-highs for goals (4), assists (3), points (11), and game-winners (2) … Her four goals and 11 points ranked fourth on the team … Scored her first goal of the season in a 1-1 tie against George Mason on August 21st … Recorded her first multi-goal game with a pair in a 2-1 winning effort at UNC Asheville on October 8th … Had the game-winning goal in the Big South Championship off a free kick attempt on November 6th.


AS A SOPHOMORE (2021)
Played and started in all 19 games…Shot 31 times, focusing 15 of those on goal, and 2 finding the back of the net… 1,570 minutes played for the Highlanders, recording one assist… Shot 3 times on net... Produced one goal against Delaware State.
