CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in four meets... Earned Big South's Scholar Athlete of the Year... Set a new personal best in the 5K at the 2023 Big South Cross Country Championships and a 6K PR at the 2023 Southeast Region Cross Country Championships.

2022-23 AS A SOPHOMORE
CROSS COUNTRY- Competed in two meets... Finished seventh at the Lancer Invite. INDOOR- Competed three times... Scored in the 3,000-meter race at the Virginia Tech Challenge with a seventh-place finish and new personal-best time of 10:56.14. OUTDOOR- Competed in five meets... Posted three new personal records over the course of the season, including a best time in the 10,000-meter race at the Big South Championships.
