Following the 24-25 season Diogo was named Defensive MVP for his team ... Prior to Tualatin, Diogo played for Lakeridge High School and before that, Salt Lake Academy ... The Marksman also appeared for the Brazilian u17 National Team in the 2023 South American Championships and the FIBA U18 Americas Championship ... On the 2023 Bronze Medal u17 Brazilian team, Diogo averaged 5.2ppg ... Alves also participated in the prestigious BWB Americas event in Montreal in 2023 where he averaged 4ppg on 40% 3pt shooting.
