RADFORD, Va. – James Madison scored early in each half, and the Dukes went on to a 2-0 men's soccer exhibition win over Radford on Tuesday night at Cupp Stadium.

Billy Swetra headed in a serve from 30 yards out by Stefan Durr on a set piece 3:38 into the match.  In the second half, CJ Sapong's early goal in the 47th minute came from a Damien Brayboy pass.

The Highlanders open the 2009 regular season on Sept. 1 at Xavier.
