FARNAN COMPETES AT ROANOKE COLLEGE/VT FINAL QUALIFIER

SALEM, Va. - Ryan Farnan of the Radford track and field program was the lone Highlander to compete in the Roanoke Colllege/VT Final Qualifier Thursday night.

Farnan, who has already qualified for U.S. Junior Nationals this summer, clocked a 15:40.49 in the men's 5000m to take third place. It was his fourth fastest time this season.

Radford athletes vying for bids to the NCAA East Region competition will run at the Georgia Tech Invitational this weekend, May 11-12.
