BASEBALL SET FOR "HOME" GAMES VS. RIDER

RADFORD, Va. - Radford will play host to Rider for a three-game series starting Friday, but the venue has changed for these "home" games. The Highlanders and Broncs will play all three games at Virginia Tech's English Field. With the weather forecasted for low temps and the possibility of precipitation, English Field's artificial surface will help assure that the games get played. First pitch Friday is at 3:00 with a noon doubleheader to follow on Saturday.

Radford enters the contest at 5-2 on the season having had its five-game winning streak snapped by Virginia Tech, 14-10, on Wednesday.

The Broncs are 2-1 on the season after taking a series from Norfolk State to begin the season.
