MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. - Radford travels to Coastal Carolina for a weekend baseball series and Friday's series opener will be broadcast live on ESPN3.com. First pitch is set for 6:02 p.m. at Pelicans Park in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The middle game of the series is set for 6:00 on Saturday with the finale slated at 2:00 on Sunday.
The Chanticleers lead the Big South South Division with a 10-2 mark. Coastal is 24-13 on the season. After tying a school record with eight straight wins and defeating the highest ranked opponent in school history at #4 Virginia, the Highlanders have dropped four consecutive and find themselves 2.5 games behind Campbell in the Big South North Division.
