RADFORD HOSTS NO. 25 HOKIES TUESDAY NIGHT

RADFORD, Va. - Radford returns off the road Tuesday for a mid-week clash with No. 25 Virginia Tech at RU Baseball Stadium. First pitch is set for 6:00 p.m. The Hokies won an earlier matchup in Blacksburg, 14-10, this season.

The Highlanders are coming off a week where they completed the season sweep of East Tennessee State on Tuesday and notched the program's first-ever win over College of Charleston on Friday. Radford is 24-19 overall and 11-9 at home.

The Hokies moved back into the national rankings after taking two of three from arch-rival Virginia over the weekend. Tech has won five of six and stands at 27-18 overall and 10-7 on road this season.

Virginia Tech leads the all-time series 38-9 and has won four straight in the series.

Radford is 5-3 this season against ranked opponents.
