WYATT ADVANCES TO 110-METER HURDLES FINAL AT TEXAS RELAYS

AUSTIN, Texas –
Vincent Wyatt of Radford track and field ran a 13.92 Friday morning in the prelims of the 110-meter hurdles to place fifth and advance to Saturday's final in the Texas Relays at Mike A. Myers Stadium.
 
In addition to Wyatt, seven others move on to Saturday's final, which is scheduled for 3:50 p.m. Florida's Eddie Lovett delivered the top time in the qualifying round, reaching the finish line in 13.62. Wyatt's 13.92 is the eighth-fastest time in program history.
 
The junior is competing against some of the nation's elite. Five of the top 10 110-meter hurdlers ran in the prelims. The Longhorn Network is set to broadcast the final day from 2:30-6:30 p.m. (ET).
