Radford hosts one of its oldest baseball rivals this weekend in Big South action. Coastal Carolina and RU have played 85 times prior to the three game set at RU Baseball Stadium, which begins Friday night at 6:30 p.m., continues Saturday at 4:00, and finishes Sunday at 2:00. The Chanticleers lead the all-time series 63-22, but Radford took two out of three last season in Myrtle Beach.

The Highlanders have won two straight games, including a 14-5 win over James Madison on Wednesday, to move to 17-14 overall and 7-5 in the Big South's North Division. Coastal stands at 15-19 overall and 6-6 in the Big South's South Division. The Chants upset nationally-ranked North Carolina on Wednesday, 3-2 in 11 innings.
