SOFTBALL'S SERIES FINALE VS WINTHROP CALLED DUE TO RAIN

RADFORD, Va. ---- Radford's series finale against Winthrop on Sunday, April 19, at the Radford Softball Stadium has been canceled due to rain.

After arriving at the field, consistent rain forced the tarp to remain on the infield and the teams in the dugout. Both sides agreed to call the game with more rain to come throughout the day.

The Highlanders return to action on Tuesday, April 21, to close out a seven-game home stand against N.C. State. First pitch of Tuesday's doubleheader is slated for 4 p.m.
