BOILING SPRINGS, N.C. - With a berth in Friday's semifinals on the line, Radford faces the last team to hand the Highlanders a defeat in High Point on Wednesday night in the second round of the Big South Baseball Tournament presented by Hardee's and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The Highlanders and Panthers will play the fourth and final game of the day at approximately 8:00 p.m.

Since a 4-1 loss to the Panthers in the series finale on April 26 at RU Baseball Stadium, the Highlanders have won 12 straight games and are the top seed in this week's tournament. Radford won the series over HPU having won two one-run games in a doubleheader on April 25. The Panthers are the No. 5 seed in the tournament and upset No. 4 Liberty on Tuesday, 8-3. Radford defeated No. 8 Longwood, 5-3.

The winner advances to the semifinal round on Friday at 10:00 a.m., while the loser of tonight's game will face the winner of the elimination game on Wednesday between Liberty and Longwood. That game is scheduled for approximately 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
