GREENSBORO, N.C. – Morgan Cox set another career-low total for a 54-hole tournament for the second consecutive tournament in 2016. Cox carded an 87 on the final day of the Starmount Forest Fall Classic to finish with a three-round total of 254, edging her previous career low by one stroke.

Cox finished tied for 49th place, shooting rounds of (86, 81, 87) for the career low tournament of 254. She led the Highlanders with four birdies in the event.

Oliva Jay followed Cox with 54-hole total of 256 to finish tied for 53rd place. Jay carded an 85 on the final 18 holes, the lowest by a Highlander, to go with her 89 and 82 on day one of the fall classic.

Megan Board finished in sole possession of 58th place with a three-round total of 261. Kasidy Beckel finished the final round of the classic with her lowest round of the tournament, firing an 86. The round was aided by a 40 on the front nine, her lowest nine-hole score of the classic. Beckel finished with a 54-hole score of 270, moving up three spots to a tie for 60th place.

Radford returns to action Oct. 16-18, taking part in the Bill Berg invitational, hosted by Western Carolina at The Ridges Country club in Hayesville, N.C.
