HULL LEADS MEN'S GOLF SQUAD TO A SIXTH PLACE FINISH AT GOLDEN HORSESHOE INVITATIONAL

Williamsburg, Va. – The Radford men's golf team finished the three-day 2019 Golden Horseshoe Intercollegiate Tournament, hosted by William & Mary, with a sixth-place finish on Tuesday afternoon. The Highlanders finished ahead of 15 other teams in the field.

The Highlanders recorded a combined team score of 888 (+36) after compiling a 303 on Tuesday. Radford shot a 301 on Sunday and recorded a score of 284 on Monday.

Big South rival Campbell won the event with a score of 863 (294-282-287).

Tyler Hull was Radford's top-performer as he finished in a seventh-place tie after carding a three-day score of 219 (+6, 77-67-75)

Peter Gasperini and Parker See tied for 11^thas they finished just two strokes behind Hull with a 221. Gasperini shot a 76 on Tuesday after carding a 74-71 over the first two rounds. See (73-74-74) was extremely consistent throughout the event.

Hunter Duncan (T-37, 77-72-78-227) and Ben Ramsey (T-82, 84-77-80) completed the Highlander scoring.
