RADFORD FINISHES SECOND ROUND OF PINEHURST INTERCOLLEGIATE IN THIRD

PINEHURST, N.C. – The Radford men's golf team completed the second round of the Pinehurst Intercollegiate on Saturday. The Highlanders sit in third place after shooting a team score of 306 in the second round.

Peter Gasperini leads the Highlanders and is tied for 10th overall in the tournament at 8-over. Gasperini shot a 4-over 75 in the second round, matching his first-round score.

Patrick Gareiss and Hunter Duncan each find themselves inside the top 20 through the first two rounds Gareiss is tied for 14th at 10-over after shooting a 7-over 78, while Duncan shot a 4-over 75 and is tied for 20th at 11-over.

Tyler Hull is just outside the top 20 at 12-over through the first two rounds, while Nicholas Taliaferro rounds out the Highlanders at 13-over. All five Highlanders had a pair of birdies in the round.
