RADFORD, Va. – Radford head men's basketball coach Darris Nichols has announced the addition of forward Isaiah Gaines. He will join the Highlanders for the 2024-25 season after attending Florida Atlantic University.
 
"We are excited to welcome Isaiah to our program and community," said Nichols. " He is a very talented player and versatile. He is a worker and has been a part of an amazing run at FAU, he brings a winning pedigree and mindset. He will make an impact right away."

The Pensacola, Fla. native appeared in 25 games with the Owls and was a member of the 2022-23 team that made an appearance in the Final Four at the 2023 NCAA Tournament. Gaines earned a season-high six rebounds against Detroit Mercy during the 2023-24 season. Additionally, he scored a season-high seven points in win against Eastern Michigan.

Gaines will be joined by fellow newcomers Jonas Sirtautas, Jarvis Moss, David Early, Zion Walker, Tony Felder, Brandon Maclin and Chace Davis.
