SUNSET BEACH, N.C. – The Radford women's golf team fired a 332 and sits 11th on the team leaderboard following the opening round of Sea Trail Intercollegiate.

Despite their day one total, the Radford women's team is just 10 swings out of the top 10.

For the fifth consecutive round, Megan Leineweber (Salisbury, Md.) shot the women's low round with an eight-over 80. Hannah Coles (Coleshill, Birmingham, England) is tied for 54th and two strokes back of Leineweber.

Brittany Hine (Elkton, Va.) finished with an 84, while both Maggie Watts (Paris, Ky.) and Jade Okamoto (Huntington Beach, Calif.) had to settle for rounds of 86.

Round two of the 54-hole event will begin tomorrow with a shotgun start at 8 a.m.
