Final Round Results
CITRUS SPRINGS, Fla. – Hannah Coles (Birmingham, England/The Coleshill School) fired the second lowest round of the day to record her third straight top-five finish and Radford carded a season-low 317 to place 12th at the El Diablo Invitational Friday afternoon.
The 54-hole event was played on the Par 72, 5,902-yard El Diablo Country Club layout.
Coles, who concluded the fall slate with back-to-back individual titles, shot a one-over 73 in her final round to climb from eighth into a tie for fifth in the final standings.
To go along with Coles strong play, Radford wrapped up its spring break with its best score this season to finish with a 54-hole total of 973 (322-334-317).
Megan Leineweber (Salisbury, Md./Parkside) matched her first round total to finish in a tie for 38th, while
Brittany Hine (Elkton, Va.) and
Jade Okamoto (Huntington Beach, Calif./Marina) placed T-53rd and T-72nd, respectively.
Ball State held on to its overnight lead to win the team title by 13 strokes.
After shooting two straight rounds under par, Florida Atlantic's P. Phol-uayporn carded a two-over 74 on her final 18 to take the individual trophy by 10 swings.
Radford will continue its spring schedule at the William & Mary Invitational March 21-22 in Williamsburg, Va.
