DAVIDSON, N.C. – Behind two first half goals, Radford defeated Pacific, 3-1, in the NorPac Tournament's consolation round on a chilly and wet Friday night from Davidson's Belk Turf Field.

Megan Lenhardt and junior
Madonna Wadolowski gave the Highlanders (9-11) their 2-0 lead in a half, which included a five-minute hail storm.
Lenhardt was named to the NorPac's All-Tournament Team for her efforts this weekend which included a pair of goals, one coming in each contest.
Lenhardt gave Radford a 1-0 lead in the 11th minute, taking the insert from
Lynsey Daughtrey and ripping it past UOP keeper Christina Niccum for her second goal of the tournament and third of the season.
Wadolowski doubled the lead at 21:39 taking knocking one in off the keeper's pads during a scramble in front.
The Tigers (2-16) cut the Highlanders' lead to 2-1 on a goal by Kelly Perkins at 51:12.
Daughtrey iced the game for Radford, scoring on a corner with 2:41 left in the match to push the lead to 3-1. Her initial shot hit the post, but she was able to gather the rebound and slam it home.
In the cage,
Jennifer Wisniewski came up big with nine saves. She finished her career with 404 saves, fifth all-time at Radford.
Niccum stopped five shots in the first half and Ashlee Schlesier made three mores saves for the Tigers in the second stanza.
Radford out shot Pacific, 26-12, matching its highest output of the season and also earned 17 penalty corners. Senior
Lara Cariker led all players with eight shots. Cariker, who had an assist last night, finished her career with 44 points, tied for eighth on RU's career charts.
