Radford field hockey welcomes Robert Morris to RU Hockey Field for its lone home non-conference match on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Come join the Highlanders and wear pink on Sunday as they honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month with their annual Pink Game.
  
LAST TIME OUT: Radford dropped a 2-1 decision at VCU… Sophomore Marianna Parker staked the Highlanders to a 1-0 lead 31 seconds into the second half, but the Rams rallied and scored the game-winner with just over 12 minutes remaining… Junior Sydney Myrdal assisted on Parker's goal… Senior Sidney Encarnacion recorded 10 saves in net.
 
A LOOK AT RU: Radford set a school record for defensive saves with four at No. 4 Virginia on Tuesday (20), surpassing the previous mark of 18 (1992)… They currently lead the NCAA with 20 … Program leader, senior Alayna Versage recorded her seventh of the season, matching her career-high achieved a season ago… Junior Jordan Vrhovac registered two in the return to her hometown of Charlottesville and now has a career-best five which is second on the squad… Parker leads the squad with a team-best four goals
 
THE COLONIALS: Robert Morris is coming off a pair of home wins last weekend over Towson, 4-0, and Ohio, 5-2… Chloe McIlwaine and Jess Martin-Brown lead the Colonial scoring eight and seven goals respectively with Jamie Hartley dishing out a team-best seven assists… In goal, Erin McKenzie has logged all but 11:42 this season and posts a 1.22 GAA with five shutouts.
 
THE SERIES: Radford owns a 5-1 lead in the all-time series… RMU won the last meeting, a 2-0 victory in Moon Township last season… The Highlanders are 3-0 against the Colonials at home, last defeating them, 5-0, on Sept. 27, 2009… They also own two one-goal wins in 2005 and 2007.
