HIGHLANDERS HEAD TO ASHEVILLE FOR A PAIR OF NEUTRAL SITE GAMES

The Radford men's soccer team visits Asheville, N.C. for a pair of games at the UNC Asheville Invitational as part of a three-game road swing which are the final non-conference games away from Cupp Stadium. The Highlanders will face Georgia Southern on Friday at 1:00 p.m. and then Howard on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. in the invitational.
Radford (1-2-1) and Georgia Southern (2-3-0) will face each other for the first time since the 2010 season. The series is tied 1-1-2 in the previous five games. UNC Asheville and Howard (0-5-0) will play Friday at 3:30 p.m.
The Highlanders will take on the Bison on Sunday beginning at noon at Greenwood Field. Radford leads the all-time series with Howard, 5-3-1, but the two teams have not played since the 2000 season.
Live stats will be carried for each game of the invitational.
