SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. – The Radford women's golf team fired a 342 and is in 11^th place following Sunday's first round of the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate hosted by Tennessee Tech at Sevierville Golf Club's Highlands Course.

Southern Miss has a 10-shot advantage in the team race, carding a 305. Youngstown State is in the runner-up position, one shot ahead of UNC Greensboro and Tennessee Tech (316).

The Golden Eagles' Devon Spriddle returned a 1-over-par 72 to the clubhouse to capture the top spot on the individual leaderboard.

Larissa Carter leads the Highlanders, bringing in an 83, which is tied for 33^rd.

Monday's second round gets underway with a 12 p.m. shotgun start. RU is paired with Carson-Newman and Tennessee State.
