HIGHLANDER HIGHLIGHTS

Radford concluded the final day of the Elon Invitational with several strong peformances and results.
Drousile Dzeubou and Natalie Sayer fell in the Maroon Doubles championship flight to the Liberty doubles team of Aleksandra Panchenko/ Rebekah Anderson by a score of 8-5.
Meili Martin and Camilla Littlewood finished fourth in the Powell Doubles flight, falling 8-4 to Emory's Melissa Goodman/Elaine Vernoff.
Karlie Pope and Claire Nguyen took home the fifth place flight in the Phoenix Doubles flight, besting Remi Andre and Marisa Anthony, 8-1.
Lilly Ellick teamed up with Blaine Boaz of UNC Greensboro to finish fourth in the Phoenix Doubles bracket.
In singles action, Sayer fell to Rebekah Anderson of Liberty, 6-4, 4-6, 13-11.
The Highlanders return to action Oct. 14-16, traveling to Norfolk, Va. for the ITA Atlantic Regional.
