RADFORD DROPS SEASON OPENER AT ELON

ELON, N.C. – On a day with temperatures that felt more like it a spring day, Radford's women's tennis team kicked off their 2017 season against Elon. The Highlanders dropped the opening match to the Phoenix 7-0.

Elon collected the first two doubles matches and rolled through singles play. Karlie Pope put up a good showing for the Highlanders, nearly giving the Highlanders a win on the day, dropping a 6-3, 6-4 decision to Alex Koniaev.
