An appearance in the Holy City Showdown (Feb 21-26) will keep the Highlanders busy with contests against six different opponents, including host College of Charleston, UMass-Lowell, Iowa State, Dartmouth, Appalachian State and Virginia Tech.

Radford will remain in South Carolina as they participate in the Chanticleer Showdown on the campus of Coastal Carolina from March 1-3rd. Austin Peay (2 games), Coastal Carolina, UNLV, Jacksonville will all await the Highlanders.

The final tournament will take place in Auburn, Alabama on the campus of Auburn University.  Opponents have yet to be decided but the event will take place from March 8-10th.

Radford will travel to Elon for a single game on March 13th before finally opening the Big South slate at Charleston Southern for a three-game series beginning on March 15th.

The Highlanders will make their home debut on March 20th as they welcome Norfolk State for a doubleheader at Radford Softball Stadium and will then head to Gardner-Webb for a three-game set on March 22-23rd.

Following a round contest up the road at Virginia Tech (March 27), Radford will enjoy their longest home stand of the campaign as they play eight straight on their home diamond. Big South rival Presbyterian (March 30-31), East Tennessee State (April 3) and league foe Winthrop (April 5-6) will all visit the campus.

Radford will then take on Duke (April 9) before opening a three-game series at new Big South member USC-Upstate (April 13-14).

A six-game home stand against Longwood (April 15-16) and Hampton (April 19-20) will challenge the Highlanders before they re-unite with former Big South rival Liberty on April 23rd.

The Highlanders will play at home for the final time as they welcome Western Carolina for a doubleheader on April 24th. The regular-season will come to an end with three road games at conference rival Campbell (May 3-4th).

The 2019 Big South Championship will be hosted by Campbell in Buies Creek, N.C.from May 8-11th.

Last season, the Highlanders finished third in the Big South Conference, which was the best finish since 2014. In the Big South Conference Tournament, the Highlanders made it to the championship game for the first time since 2011. Creasy's 36 wins were the second most wins by a first-year head coach at Radford.
