ARCHIVED GAME OF THE WEEK: SOFTBALL VS. VIRGINIA TECH | APRIL 11, 2018

RADFORD, Va. – In lieu of all regular-season competition, conference championships and athletics activities cancelled for the remainder of the 2019-20 season due to the surrounding concerns of the COVID-19, Radford Athletics taps into the video vault to bring you replays of big games and moments from year's past.

The first week features softball's 4-3 victory over Virginia Tech on April 11, 2018. The win gave Radford its first multi-game season sweep over the Hokies since 1997 and an undefeated regular season record against ACC opponents for the first time in program history.

The Highlanders made it all possible with a three run fifth inning. Radford tallied eight hits in the game with all eight coming from a different player and Abby Morrow didn't allow a walk in her 60^th complete game.
