Six Highlanders Named Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Radford softball program had six players from the 2020-21 season named as EASTON/NFCA All-America Scholar Athletes this week. Tori Boyd, Taylor Breidt, Skyler DeHart, Talia Douglas, Sydney Fisher and Kyndall Stanley all earned the award.

Over 8,800 student-athletes were named 2021 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes. With the highest total in the association's history, it marked the second consecutive year (2018-19) achieving the 8,000-plus plateau. The team rankings and individual honors are submitted by member head coaches and recognize the academic prowess of softball teams across the Association's membership categories.

To earn the honor, each student had to achieve a 3.5 or higher GPA. The softball program combined achieved a 3.33 GPA last season.
