GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Radford Men's Soccer team didn't have a great night in Greensboro on Saturday, taking a 5-0 loss to UNCG and moving their overall record to 2-3 on the year.

Junior goalkeeper Joseba Incera did his best to stand tall in the net, making nine saves. His best one came in the ninth minute when he dove full-stretch to his left and got a hand on a Spartan shot to keep the game scoreless early.

UNCG took the lead in the 16^th minute and then doubled it in the 41^st minute to go up 2-0 at halftime. The Spartans then added a PK in the 59^th minute, and two more goals at the 71^st and 79^th marks to secure the victory.

KEYS STATS

Other than Incera, sophomore defender/midfielder Solomon Clark was the only Highlander to play the full 90 minutes
Junior defender Noah Haddad made his season debut after recovering from a leg injury that had hampered him up to this point
Freshmen Cristian Cruz and Yoshiya Okawa both earned a starting nod while Leul Mehari, Patrick Figaro, Mark Silva, Jan Maldonado, and Hivan Kouonang all got valuable experience
